- Applicability: This policy applies to all services offered by PHEME, including ad films, film trailers, films, investment and finance solutions, and albums.
- Non-Refundable Services: Due to the nature of our services, certain types of products or services may be non-refundable. These include but are not limited to custom or personalized services, one-time consultative sessions, and completed productions.
Cancellation Policy
- Service Cancellation:
- If you wish to cancel a service, you must provide a written notice to PHEME as soon as possible.

- Timeline for Cancellation:
- Pre-Production Stage: If the cancellation request is received before the commencement of any work (pre-production), a full refund may be granted, excluding any non-refundable fees specified in the contract.
- In-Progress Services: If the service is already in progress (e.g., production or post-production), cancellation fees may apply based on the extent of work completed and any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.
- Completed Services: Once a service is completed and delivered, cancellations are not permitted.

- Ad Films & Film Trailers: Cancellations for ad films and trailers must be made before the shooting phase begins. Post-shooting cancellations may incur significant fees reflecting the costs of production.
- Films & Albums: Given the comprehensive nature of film and album production, cancellations are subject to the specific terms outlined in the service agreement.
- Investment & Finance Solutions: Financial services may have their own specific cancellation terms, which will be detailed in the respective service agreements.
Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refund:
- Refund eligibility is determined based on the timing and nature of the cancellation request, as well as the type of service provided.
- Refunds are processed only if the service has not been fully rendered or if the cancellation request meets the criteria outlined above.
- Refund Process:
